Withdrawal – How to withdraw your order

You can withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. A clear statement is enough – for example an email to info@matsu-europe.com with the subject "Withdrawal". You do not have to use a specific form.

Send your withdrawal by email

What your withdrawal should contain

• that you withdraw from the contract,
• your name and address,
• the order number or the goods concerned,
• the date you ordered and the date you received the goods,
• the date of your declaration.

Suggested wording

To MATSU Europe & Middle East, KVN Design Furniture UG, info@matsu-europe.com:

I hereby withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the following goods: [goods]. Ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name and address: [name, address]. Date: [date].

Deadline

The withdrawal period is 14 days and starts on the day you or a third party other than the carrier received the goods. Sending your declaration within this period is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Consequences of withdrawal

• We reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offered.
• Reimbursement is made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
• You must return the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
• Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, with original labels and packaging where possible.

You will receive a confirmation of your withdrawal by email. We will contact you about the return and the refund once we have processed your request.
